Shipping policy

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that order processing time is not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

For calculated shipping prices:Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local delivery

Free local delivery for orders over CHF 100.-  in the Bülach region. For orders below CHF 100.- we charge CHF 9.90 for delivery.

Deliveries are made from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm from Monday to Saturday.

On the day of delivery, we will contact you via text message or WhatsApp using the phone number registered at checkout. 

In-store pickup

You can save on local shipping by opting for physical pickup at Wallisellerstrasse 168, 8152 Opfikon. After placing your order and selecting a pickup location at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days. We'll send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions. 

Times for physical pickups will be scheduled in advance. Please have your order confirmation email ready when you come to pick it up.

International shipping

We ship our products throughout Europe. 

If relevant, please include countries you do not ship to: At this time, we do not ship to [lista de países].

Your order may be subject to import taxes (including VAT), which are added when the order arrives in the destination country. [Garota Brasil Store is not responsible for these fees if applicable, and they are the customer's responsibility.

How can I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification with the tracking number so you can track the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for order tracking information to update on the Post Office or carrier website.

If you do not receive your order 2 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@garotabrasilstore.com, providing your name and order number so that we can resolve your issue.

Refunds, exchanges and returns

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item has not been used and is in its original condition. Reimbursement will be made for the full value of the order, minus return shipping costs. 

If your order arrives with any type of damage, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@garotabrasilstore.com, providing the order number and a photo of the condition of the item. We analyze each case individually, but we always strive to offer a satisfactory solution to our customers.
